Privacy Policy

Last updated June 2026

TIERSAI is built to collect as little personal data as possible. This page explains exactly what we collect, why, and what we deliberately do not collect.

Who we are

TIERSAI is an independent editorial publication that reviews and ranks AI tools. You can reach us at hello@tiersai.com.

What we collect

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics service. It records aggregate, anonymous usage such as page views, referrers, and approximate country. It does not use cookies, does not follow you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you.

When you click an outbound link to a tool, we record non-identifying context: which page it came from, where the link sat on the page, your device type, the country derived from network request headers, and the site language you were viewing. This is how we learn which recommendations are useful.

What we do not collect

We do not store your IP address. We derive only an approximate country from request headers and discard the rest. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share personal data, because we do not collect data that identifies you.

Cookies

TIERSAI does not set non-essential cookies. If we ever add optional cookies, we will ask for your consent first. Once you leave TIERSAI for a tool's website, that site and any affiliate network involved may set their own cookies, governed by their policies rather than ours.

Third-party services

When you follow a link to an AI tool, you become subject to the privacy practices of that provider and, where applicable, the affiliate network that records the referral. We encourage you to review their policies.

Your rights

Because we hold little or no information that identifies you, there is usually nothing personal to access or delete. If you believe we hold personal data about you and want to access or erase it, write to hello@tiersai.com and we will respond.

Children

TIERSAI is intended for a general, professional audience and is not directed to children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The date above reflects the most recent revision.
